I got a million complements when I wore this super cute ruffled empired dress from Francesca’s at Kierland for $38. I have to say, wearing a happy color like bright yellow made me feel happier!

I paired my happy yellow dress with blue jewelry and these sexy bright blue wedges from Michael Kors. They are from last spring, but I never wore them cause I was too lazy to open their box!! Lazy and stoopid because these hot shoes made me feel like a million buckaroos!

I stopped in to Pitaya, a cute & trendy boutique on Mill Avenue and found this adorable outfit perfect for late spring soirees for under $100.  We paired this $34 floral banded dress, with $6 turquoise dangle earrings and a $24 medium fuschia clutch. Add your favorite heels for evening or gladiator sandals for day and you’re set! Total price = $64

There is fashion and fashion inspiration everywhere.  Like this fabulous vehicle that states, “it’s not a car, it’s a canvas!” I find I want to translate this to myself – “I’m not a corpse, I’m a canvas!”  Like this car, take what you have, imperfections and all, and dress it up!!
