Oscar Night 2009

I am going to term this Oscar night – Deja Vu. There were a lot of similarities in color or style.  I was surprised at the lack of color and print, as we’ve recently seen on the runway and in stores. Nonetheless, the dresses & jewelry were glamorous, very “Old Hollywood”.

Delicate shades of silver and white ruled the red carpet on Oscar night. Here’s what I loved…

Deja Vu!! We saw this, what I term as “napkin” fashion, at The Grammy’s that didn’t work for Jennifer Hudson.  Here’s Jessical Biel trying to rock another “napkin” dress.  Besides the napkin in the front, I love the color of the dress, but it wasn’t flattering. It was frumpy!

Deja Vu!!  Wow! Is it me or are these dresses really similar?
